Patient’s own account
Feedback must describe the reviewer’s experience. Personal attacks, copied content and unverifiable medical claims are not published.
Fair moderation
Positive and critical reviews follow the same rules. Providers may respond, but cannot pay to remove legitimate feedback.
Safety review
Content that reports an urgent safety concern is escalated privately; the marketplace does not replace emergency or regulatory channels.
Clear labels
Preview, booking-linked and unverified are different states
Demo ratings are never treated as live evidence. Public profiles will display review counts only when qualifying feedback exists, and results-vary disclaimers remain visible.
