A public review can be linked to a completed marketplace booking. Sample provider cards never carry invented ratings or review totals.
Patient’s own account
Feedback must describe the reviewer’s experience. Personal attacks, copied content and unverifiable medical claims are not published.
Fair moderation
Positive and critical reviews follow the same rules. Providers may respond, but cannot pay to remove legitimate feedback.
Safety review
Content that reports an urgent safety concern is escalated privately; the marketplace does not replace emergency or regulatory channels.
Clear labels
Sample cards and patient reviews are kept separate
Review counts appear only after eligible patient journeys are completed. Sample profiles are clearly marked and never presented as real evidence.
