Information collected
We collect account, contact, provider-application, document and consultation details when you submit them through the relevant form. Records may also include consent, dates, status updates and account activity.
Site analytics
We use privacy-aware first-party analytics to understand which pages people visit, the referring website or campaign, device and browser category, page sequence, approximate active time, scroll depth and selected marketplace actions. Random browser and session identifiers are pseudonymised before storage. We do not store raw IP addresses in the analytics database, and URL query values are not retained apart from standard campaign labels.
The tracker does not run in the admin area and honours enabled browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. When a registered user is signed in, a session may be linked to that account so support and marketplace activity can be understood together.
How information is used
We use this information to run accounts, review provider applications, respond to consultation requests, support referrals, protect the service, measure content performance and improve the marketplace.
Sharing
Consultation information may be shared with the provider you choose, or one assigned with your request, so they can respond. Provider information is not published as a public profile until it is approved for publication. First-party analytics are for authorised platform operations and are not sold as advertising profiles.
Security and retention
Access controls, secure sessions and audit records help reduce unauthorised access. Information is kept only as long as needed for service, security, legal or record-keeping purposes. Routine maintenance removes expired sessions and analytics older than the configured retention period.
Your choices
Please do not include unnecessary medical details in your first request. You can enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in a supported browser to prevent first-party analytics collection. Use your signed-in account to review records connected to you and contact the relevant support route if you need help.
